Safety Seminars and Classes
Twice a year the Safety Committee sends out a short survey to help us determine interest for Safety seminars and classes throughout the year. This survey is to plan for fiscal year 2009-2010.
Please download the form by clicking on the link below fill in the form below and indicate the approximate number of employees that would like to attend the seminars and classes listed.
Please fax or email your responses to HICA office no later than 12:00 Noon June 29, 2009.
